Meet the Team

Louanne
Louanne has worked with Dr. Dowell as a dental hygienist since 1996. She lives in Minerva and has 2 grown children, Ashley and Zach. Louanne enjoys walking, reading, keeping up with the stock market, and visiting with her children as often as possible. She takes pride in providing thorough, high quality care to every patient she sees. She will take the time to answer your questions and make sure you are comfortable during your time with us.

Rammie
Rammie has enjoyed being a part of Dr. Dowell's team since 1993. She is a dental assistant who is always willing to work hard and make your visit comfortable. She lives in Carroll County with her husband Dennis and their daughters, Chelsea, Shelbi and Chloe. Their life on the dairy farm and involvement in 4-H keeps them all very busy!

Stephanie
Stephanie has had the pleasure of being a part of Dr. Dowell's team since 2009. She started out working as a dental assistant, and is now also a part of the scheduling team at the front desk. Stephanie and her boyfriend Evan just bought a house outside of Carrollton. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and listening to music. Stephanie is a valuable asset to the office and enjoys helping our patients to achieve a beautiful smile!

Darcy
Darcy resides in Carrollton with her husband, Eric and two wonderful children. She has been with Dr. Dowell since September of 2000. Darcy started her career as a dental assistant and decided to continue her education further at Case Western Reserve where she obtained her EFDA. She truly enjoys the dental profession as well as being part of the team!

Kasey
Kasey and her husband, Tim reside in Richmond with their three children, Kaden, Karlee and Kaleb. She graduated from Jefferson community college in 2001 with an Associate's degree and has been working with Dr . Dowell as an EFDA ever since. She enjoys enhancing patients smiles by utilizing the skills she has learned throughout her education.

Brooke
Brooke currently resides in Louisville with her husband, Brennan. They enjoy reading, shopping and snowboarding in the winter. Brooke has been a dental assistant for four years, two of which she has assisted Dr. Dowell. With her great sense of humor, she will make you feel comfortable and help make your time with us enjoyable!

Kim
Kim is our in-house laboratory technician. She studied laboratory technology for 2 years at Columbus Technical College and she has been a lab tech since 1995. She has worked for Dr. Dowell periodically during the course of her career, and has now joined the team full time. Kim lives in Minerva and is the mother of four wonderful children – Bradley, Christopher, Jenna and Brock. She enjoys baking and gardening in her spare time. Kim enjoys helping people improve their smiles and boosting their self confidence!

Terrie
Terrie was Dr. Dowell's office manager and was part of his team for 17 years. She retired in 2009, but is still available to help when needed. She and her husband, Dan, live in Malvern at Lake Mohawk. They have 3 grown sons and one grown daughter. They enjoy spending time with their 3 grandsons and are awaiting the birth of their fourth grandson in October 2010. Terrie and Dan enjoy biking, boating and golfing.

Ciara
Ciara has been employed as a part of Dr. Dowell's business staff since May 2008. She is great at helping patients make their smiles affordable and helping them fit appointments into their busy schedule. Ciara resides in Carrollton, Ohio with her husband, Nicholas, and their two dogs, Joey and Deisel. Ciara is working toward her Associate degree for Information Technology with Certification in Medical Billing and Coding at Kent State University Tuscarawas. In her time away from work, she enjoys visiting with family and friends, going to movies, fishing, boating and playing basketball.

Lisa
Lisa and her husband, Dennis, reside in Sherrodsville with their daughter, Madison. Lisa has been with Dr. Dowell since her graduation from hygiene school in 2003. She is also certified to deliver local anesthesia. In addition, Lisa is able to practice dental hygiene while the doctor is out of the office. Lisa loves to help others keep their teeth clean, healthy and looking great!

Janet
Janet lives in Malvern with her husband, Jim. They have five grown children and 4 grandchildren. Janet started working in dentistry after graduating from high school and has been with Dr. Dowell since 1992. She oversees all aspects of Dr. Dowell's office, from dental assisting, to receptionist, to lab technician. Her compassion and love of people will make your visit to our office a more pleasurable experience.
